Meet T&K

Kamber Peerboom, MBA, MSW, LICSW

With expertise in psychology and organizational dynamics, Kamber has honed her skills in assessing and optimizing operations, empowering through organizational growth and change, and cultivating environments for businesses to thrive.

Driven by a passion for collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, Kamber has led teams to surpass expectations and achieve ambitious goals time and time again. Now Kamber's mission is to share her expertise and help other businesses leverage therapy skills to achieve similar levels of success. With Kamber's guidance, businesses can tap into the power of people-focused leadership to actualize goals and maximize success.

Outside of work, Kamber loves spending time with friends and family, especially her baby twin nieces. She also frequents the gymnasia (yes, she is one of those annoying gym bros, but she promises not to talk to you about your daily protein intake unprompted). On the weekends, you can find Kamber getting way too into whatever book series she is currently reading, or in the summertime, soaking up the sunshine by a lake like any good Minnesotan.
