Meet T&K

Kamber Peerboom, MBA, MSW, LICSW

Portrait of a woman with long, wavy brown hair wearing a black top and a necklace, smiling with her chin resting on her hand against a green background.

Meet Kamber—therapist, business strategist, and unapologetic champion for therapists who want their practices to thrive. With an MBA, MSW, and LICSW, Kamber blends clinical expertise with business savvy to help therapists step confidently into ownership and build practices that actually work for them—not the other way around.

After launching and scaling dozens of clinics across the country, Kamber knows the ins and outs of private practice better than anyone. She’s lived the messy middle of juggling clients, documentation, and endless admin—and she’s obsessed with making sure other therapists don’t have to figure it out alone.

Her mission is simple: give therapists the tools, strategies, and confidence to run sustainable, profitable practices without burning out. Through hands-on consulting, and practical resources, Kamber helps therapists navigate compliance, streamline operations, and turn their practices into businesses they love showing up for.

When she’s not geeking out over revenue projections or simplifying systems, you’ll find Kamber with her twin nieces, getting way too invested in her latest book series, or soaking up the Minnesota sun by the lake.

Tracy Blad, MA, LMFT-S

A woman with long dark hair smiling and touching her face, wearing a light blue shirt, against a light green background.

Meet Tracy—licensed marriage and family therapist, private practice pro, and entrepreneur who’s spent over a decade turning therapy businesses into success stories. With years of first-hand experience building and sustaining her own practice, Tracy knows exactly what it takes to balance the clinical side of therapy with the realities of running a business.

Tracy is passionate about helping therapists move beyond “just getting by” into creating practices that are profitable, sustainable, and values-driven. She brings a systems-focused approach, blending strategy with structure, so therapists can streamline their operations, strengthen their infrastructure, and set themselves up for long-term growth.

Her superpower lies in simplifying the overwhelming parts of practice ownership—whether that’s tightening up operations, creating workflows that actually work, or helping therapists see the big-picture strategy behind the day-to-day grind. She’s here to make sure therapists don’t just survive private practice, but truly thrive in it.

Outside of work, Tracy spends her time with her husband and their two beloved rescue dogs on their ever-expanding hobby farm, where she dreams of one day owning a herd of Highland cows. She’s also an avid runner who has completed marathons in Minnesota, Chicago, Washington D.C., and NYC.
